Covisint's executive management team consists of dedicated business leaders focused on defining and positioning Covisint as a world-class organization that continuously delivers value to our customers.

The Covisint executive management team establishes the strategic direction for how we'll continue to keep customers top of mind in all we do - from delivering value in solving business problems that meets and exceeds customers' unique requirements, to ensuring that customers are satisfied each and every time they interact with Covisint.
David McGuffie     David McGuffie, President
David McGuffie is the President of Covisint. Dave has held senior executive positions within Covisint since its founding in 2000. Most recently, he served as SVP of Information Technology, responsible for customer deployment and care, product development, and technology operations. Prior to joining Covisint, Dave held various IT management positions at Ford Motor Company.

Dave continues to be a leading voice to Covisint's customers, initiating continuous improvement and innovative activities for Covisint, improving business process capabilities of business communities and extending the platform to other industries.
David Miller     David Miller, Chief Security Officer
David Miller is the Information Security Officer for Covisint. His responsibilities include internal and external system architecture security issues for e-business exchange. Additionally, Dave directs the identity management offering at Covisint, which currently secures access for various industries.

Dave has been with Covisint since its inception in 2000. He has orchestrated and erected Covisint's INFOSEC organization, developed policies and procedures for information security, and helped design secure solutions for its product offering.
Bill Penn     Bill Penn, Chief Architect
Bill Penn is the Chief Architect for Covisint responsible for aligning strategy with current and emerging customer needs. Penn has been with Covisint since its inception, laying out the vision and architecture for the Covisint platform.

Penn is the custodian of the process that is utilized for assessing the value associated with solving customer problems and driving solution direction.
Mitchell Kramer     Mitchell Kramer, VP, Delivery Services
Mitchell Kramer is Vice President of Delivery Services for Covisint, where he is currently responsible for the delivery of client projects on a global basis. Kramer's existing clients span the automotive, healthcare and public sector industries with his organization's primary focus on driving value to the existing client base via customized solution enhancements.

Additionally, Kramer's team is responsible for the integration of all new subscription clients throughout the world.
Brett Furst     Brett Furst, VP, Healthcare
Brett Furst is Vice President of Healthcare for Covisint. He is a business leader with over 18 years of experience in delivering collaboration exchanges and large-scale, software solutions within the manufacturing, CPG and healthcare industries.

He established Covisint's healthcare solution offering, and helped lead the healthcare division to earn "Best Demonstration of Value/ ROI" award as presented by Gartner, Inc. Covisint is now one the fastest-growing healthcare IT solutions providers in the country with more than 700 healthcare customers.
James Ragold     James Ragold, VP, Automotive and Manufacturing
James Ragold is Vice President of Automotive and Manufacturing for Covisint. He is responsible for field sales operations, marketing and strategic direction for Covisint’s ever evolving automotive vertical offering which serves as the foundation for the company.

Jim is a business leader with over 18 years of experience in building all aspects of international sales planning and sales cycle management, marketing, professional services and new business development for high profile, technology organizations such as CommerceOne, Oracle and Brooks Automation.
Todd Foland     Todd Foland, Director, Security
Todd Foland is the Director, Security Solutions, for Covisint. He has more than 19 years of experience as a software sales executive selling and managing complex security and identity management solutions. Foland continues to build, grow and optimize Covisint's identity management as a service program, its security team and growth into new vertical markets.

He currently is developing Covisint's Trusted Identity Framework, providing customers with a secure collaboration environment that is repeatable and scalable. Since joining Covisint, industry analysts have labeled the company's identity management offering as "best community hub."
